Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing announced today the full driver lineup for the team’s two-car factory Cadillac Racing program in the Grand Touring Prototype (GTP) category for both the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and 2026 IMSA Michelin Endurance Championship.
Returning to the wheel of the No. 10 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R GTP are Ricky Taylor and Filipe Albuquerque. Taylor and Albuquerque will enter their sixth season together as a driver pairing where they have shared a Rolex 24 at Daytona victory and seven additional wins as a duo. Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA teammate, Will Stevens, is set to join Taylor and Albuquerque once again as their IMSA Michelin Endurance Championship (IMEC) co-driver at Daytona, Sebring and Road Atlanta. The continuity amongst the No. 10 lineup will look to be a strategic perspective and approach for the team heading into the 2026 season.
In the No. 40 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing V-Series.R GTP, Jordan Taylor and Louis Delétraz will pair up for full season duties for their third year together. Cadillac Formula 1 Team test driver and FIA Formula 2 competitor with Hitech Racing, Colton Herta, will contest with Taylor and Delétraz again as their endurance co-driver for Daytona, Sebring and Road Atlanta. Taylor, Delétraz and Herta, proved to be a successful trio with their impressive victory at the Twelve Hours of Sebring and Rolex 24 at Daytona podium in 2024. A new season and familiar lineup for the No. 40 could be just the recipe needed to equal success in 2026.
“I’m excited to get going for next year,” said Wayne Taylor, Team Co-Owner, Wayne Taylor Racing. “It will be our second year with the Cadillac V-Series.R and we have learned so much this year. Having the same drivers for the full season and Will Stevens in the No. 10 Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing for the IMEC rounds brings great continuity to our program and ensured success. We are delighted that Colton Herta can join Jordan and Louis in the No. 40 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R for the endurance events. The trio has been a great match and had great success working together in 2024. Our team has so much positivity going into 2026 and we are all looking forward to the November test in Daytona.”
“This lineup shows what makes Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing special – a mix of consistency, teamwork and the drive to win,” said Dan Towriss, CEO, TWG Motorsports. "Wayne’s built a strong legacy with Cadillac, and we’re happy for TWG to help carry that forward. The strength of these pairings, combined with the continuity across both cars, positions us to keep building momentum and delivering for partners and fans.”
Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing is set to participate with both cars at the upcoming annual test at Daytona International Speedway on November 14-15, 2025. The six-driver stable for Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing will begin the 2026 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship with the Roar Before the Rolex 24 followed up by the iconic Rolex 24 At Daytona on January 19-26, 2026.
Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing Driver Quotes
“Ricky Taylor, full season co-driver, No. 10 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: "We love consistency, but I think what is great about our current lineup is that it just continues to build the experience of the teams with the crossover between JOTA and AXR. We all have unique experiences, and we don’t get so much track time, so any experience from any of us is valuable. We were approaching every weekend this year with a blank notebook regarding the car aside from what we had been told by our Cadillac teammates. So next year it will be great to go into each race with some solid first-hand notes to build on. We tend to learn so much in the races that it will be great to take that into the next season. We had some good races and some races that need a lot of improvement so hopefully we can translate all of our races into races where we are at least fighting in the front consistently.”
Filipe Albuquerque, full season co-driver, No. 10 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: “The 2025 season just ended and Sunday after Petit, I was talking to Ricky about how excited I was to start work already on 2026. It’s like we never sleep. We had a very challenging year, with a lot of ups and downs. From the racer in me, that is never happy, it was only ok. But if I step back and look at the overall picture, I must say it was a good year. We got three podiums, and we came super close to a win at GM’s home race. We have to be humble and realize that these cars are very far from what we have been used to. They are very complex, and it would be a bit arrogant to show up and win on the first year. To be honest, I am looking forward to unlocking more speed in our car. We made huge steps in 2025, and I want to keep searching. I want more. I want my first win back with Cadillac. I want to be fighting for the title. I know we can do it.”
Will Stevens, IMEC co-driver, No. 10 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: “To go into another season with driver consistency in the team and especially in the No. 10 car with Ricky and Filipe is going to be great. Building on our working relationship going straight into a new year will hopefully set us off on the right foot come Daytona in January. Creating a strong team collaboration is a big part of how WTR goes racing and I know we have that going into 2026. Having a year’s experience with the Cadillac V-Series.R is a great help to go into 2026 knowing the things we want to work on to start the year off strong. We have great potential with the package we have and it’s great to have the offseason to prepare ourselves for 2026. The thing I am most looking forward to in 2026 is simply continuing to work with the same people as I am a firm believer of consistency creates success, and I am confident we will achieve that in the coming year!”
Jordan Taylor, full season co-driver, No. 40 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: “We learned so much as a team from the start of the season to where we are now, so I think this off season is going to be very busy for everyone to take that data and information, analyze it, and come back even stronger next year. Almost every track we went to this year was new for us with this car, so having that data to look back on in 2026 will be invaluable. It’s going to be great having Colton back with Louis and me for next year. We had some great races together back in 2024 and some amazing results. Louis and I have had a great partnership these last two years really working well together and Colton fits right into that mix perfectly. Looking at the No.10 car as well, all six of our drivers really get along super well, which makes our team environment so strong.”
Louis Delétraz, full season co-driver, No. 40 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: “I’m really excited to continue with Cadillac Racing and Wayne Taylor Racing for the 2026 season. I have worked with a lot of amazing and talented people this year; it feels like we have learned a lot and now we can use the winter to push the Cadillac V-Series.R to its limit. The goal is to start 2026 strong and fight for victories every weekend. I love working with Jordan. We know each other well, have the same mentality. He’s fast and very experienced. Having Colton back with us is awesome. We had a podium at Daytona and a Sebring win together, lots of good memories and the plan is to create new ones. I think we have a strong 2026 lineup! I’m most looking forward to getting the season started, work with my teammates, engineers, mechanics and chase the trophies weekend after weekend.”
Colton Herta, IMEC co-driver, No. 40 Cadillac WTR V-Series.R: “Super excited to join Cadillac Wayne Taylor Racing for the endurance rounds this year. We had some success last time I was with the team (2024 Twelve Hours of Sebring winner and podium at Rolex 24) and I hope to continue that. Jordan and Louis are some of the best drivers in the business, and it’s a pleasure to join them on this adventure. I can’t wait to get behind wheel of the Cadillac’s naturally aspirated engine. Daytona can’t come soon enough!”
